DIGI - Just Loving It
There will be a 75 sen per share capital repayment from DIGI in May. This has been the second repayment plan from DIGI. Perhaps, it is wise to reward the share holders after failure in getting the 3G license. As a result, share price rose 5.83% to RM10.90 on 24, April 2006.
HLG Research has upgraded DiGi.Com from a "Hold" to a "Trading Buy" as it expects the capital repayment and dividend to lift share price.
3G license will not be a big issue for now as MITV will sure sub the license to others with a reasonable profit margin. This means DIGi still playing the major role in telco service.
Unbelivable! The share price has already exceeded MAXIS within a few months time! I do not expect much from DIGI after it reach RM7++ few months ago which I thought is already its maximum achivement. Well, it just happened!
After all, DIGI is great.

A wise investor is the one that able to see the future or the prospect of the company.
There are many ways for a company to draw the investor interest and in directly pushing the share price up. The most basic element is the making profit beyond investor expectation, dividend, secured contract, acquisition etc.
Digi had announced the company intention to pay more dividend to the share holder after failed to secure the 3G broadband. If someone is interest should take action by that time. Not in the blindly buy situation but to keep an eye on this counter. As for me, i still prefer penny stocks especially Mesdaq. A line with my previous nickname smallinvestor.

These are very subjective sentences as everyone has different perspective in seeing things differently. I respect your point of view as a small investor Specialize in penny stocks :)
