9MP On ICT

The 9MP, the Government had the desire to improve on measures to make Malaysia the destination for information and communications technology (ICT). This will certain make the country's potential as a global player in the shared services and outsourcing (SSO) industry continue to grow. With Government trying to enhance financing sources and fund programmes as well as strengthen existing ones had contributed in strengthening the development and adoption of ICT among the small and medium-scale enterprises (SME).

Thus this had created some heavy bargain-hunting in the lower-priced tech stocks on expectations that the information and communications technology (ICT) sector that would benefit from the 9MP.

Mesdaq stocks such as Iris Corp Bhd, IFCA MSC Bhd and Nova MSC Bhd were actively traded. Which saw the Mesdaq Index rallied to a one-year high at 111.18 points. On the other hand, would this just a speculation among the Mesdaq counter that had been lay inactive for months. How long can this bargain-hunting going on......
